Refund Policy
Consulting, Design and Development Services
If for some reason you are unsatisfied with our work, you will be issued a refund minus the work time invested into your project. Our working rate is $140 per hour. You will be notified of how many hours we have invested into your project upon receipt of your requested refund. BRAND U guarantees reasonable efforts will be made to ensure your 100% satisfaction or to resolve any issues/problems you may have with regard to your project deliverables.
Printing and Production
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. A refund will not be issued.
